A case is an onboarding or service request you submit to one of your providers. EVOLISE coordinates the workflow, documents, and follow-ups · the provider performs all regulated checks and decisions on their side.
How it works

Start a new case — pick one of your active providers and the case type they accept.

Fill in the required information — company data, beneficial owners, documents. Pre-filled from your company profile where possible.

Submit when ready — once readiness checks pass, the case is sent to the provider. The provider may ask follow-up questions through structured requests.
