A provider relationship is a connection with a licensed financial provider · a bank, a custody firm, or a similar institution. EVOLISE coordinates the workflow between you and the provider · the provider performs all regulated checks, decisions, and account operations on their side.

How connecting works

Send an invitation or use one your provider sent you. The provider must accept on their side before the relationship becomes active.

The provider sets their requirements — which case types they accept, which fields and documents they need, and how long their review takes.

Start your first case — once the relationship is active, you can submit onboarding and service cases through EVOLISE.
Note. EVOLISE is not a marketplace of providers · you connect to providers you already know or have been invited by. The platform coordinates the workflow once the relationship exists.
Connect your first provider
EVOLISE coordinates workflow, documents, follow-ups, and process statuses. All KYC / AML / EDD, screening, decisioning, custody, and execution remain on the side of the licensed provider.
